Setup guide
Connected in three steps

Network setting
- Turn on Bluetooth, Location and Wi-Fi on your phone — otherwise the device search and network configuration will not complete.
- Tap Scan in the top-right corner, select your battery, then tap Set to open the Wi-Fi settings and submit.
Your phone must be on the same Wi-Fi, and the network must be configured to 2.4 GHz.
Add & bind the device
- Tap Add now on the monitoring screen.
- Scan the QR code on the battery to bind it.
- Tap Bind, then confirm — the device is now linked to your account.
One battery can only be bound to one account.
Manage your system
- Device name — tap the serial number, enter a name you will recognise, then save.
- Inverter protocol — open Inverter agreement settings, read the original protocol from your inverter, select the matching one and confirm.
Device name and protocol settings can only be used after the battery is bound.
This app is applicable to GENIXGREEN low-voltage energy storage systems. If you find any inconsistency between the product and this description during use, please refer to the actual product user manual.

Questions people ask before installing
Is the app free?
Yes. The GENIXGREEN app is free to download and free to use with any GENIXGREEN battery. You only need a valid email address to create an account.
How do I connect my battery to the app?
Turn on Bluetooth, Location and Wi-Fi, tap Scan, select your battery and submit your Wi-Fi details. Then tap Add now and scan the QR code on the battery to bind it. The full walkthrough is in the setup guide above.
Why does the Wi-Fi have to be 2.4 GHz?
The battery's communication module only supports the 2.4 GHz band. If your router broadcasts both bands under one name, split them in the router settings and connect your phone to the 2.4 GHz network before configuring.
Can I bind one battery to two accounts?
No. A battery can only be bound to one account at a time. If you change phones, sign in with the same account instead of binding again.
What is the inverter protocol setting for?
It tells the battery how to talk to your inverter's BMS. The app ships with presets such as . Choose the one that matches your inverter and confirm — this is what enables accurate charge and discharge reporting.
Which phones and versions are supported?
Android 8.0 or later for the Android APK, and iOS 13.0 or later for iPhone and iPad.
Why is there a direct APK download?
Some regions and devices cannot reach the Google Play Store. The direct genixgreen.apk link installs the same official build — you may need to allow installation from your browser the first time.
